02 / MENTORSHIP, HUMAN TO HUMAN

You don’t have to
figure it all out
on your own.

Sometimes the next step becomes clearer through a conversation. We want to connect curious people with those willing to share what they’ve learned along the way.

Ask the question. Explore a new direction. Talk through a challenge. And when you’re ready, be that person for someone else.

GROWTH STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION

A GOOD QUESTION

“Where do
I go from here?”

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE

“Let’s work
through it together.”

An illustration of the conversations we want to make possible.

EXPERIENCE GOES BOTH WAYS

Come with a question.
Come with experience.

You can be learning in one part of life and offering guidance in another. There’s value in both.

IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR GUIDANCE

Find a different angle.

Perhaps you’re considering a career change, starting a project, or working through a challenge. A mentor’s experience can help you see options, test assumptions, and decide what to try.

Tell us the topic you want to explore and the kind of perspective that would help. We’ll explain what’s currently possible as the programme takes shape.

Tell us where you are

IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE TO SHARE

Make the path a little clearer.

You don’t need to have every answer. You might be able to explain a skill, share a mistake you learned from, or help someone think through a decision.

Tell us what you know, who your experience could help, and how much time you could offer. Together, we can explore a sensible way to contribute.

Share your experience

MAKE ROOM FOR A USEFUL CONVERSATION

A little preparation.
A clearer direction.

Whether you’re asking for guidance or giving it, a focused conversation starts with a shared understanding.

01 / YOUR STARTING POINT

Bring the context.

What are you working towards? What have you already tried? A short explanation of where you are helps the other person meet you there.

02 / ONE GOOD QUESTION

Name the challenge.

Choose something specific to work through. “How could I test this idea?” gives a conversation more direction than trying to solve everything at once.

03 / SOMETHING TO TRY

Leave with a next step.

Agree on one practical action you can take. Notice what happens, reflect on what you learn, and use it to inform your next decision.

BEFORE YOU REACH OUT

Good guidance.
Clear expectations.

Can I book a mentor on this website?

Not yet. We’re developing the mentorship experience. Get in touch with your interests to ask about availability. Sending an enquiry doesn’t book a session or guarantee a match.

Do I need to know exactly what I want?

No. Start with what feels unclear and what you’ve tried so far. You can be honest about uncertainty. The aim is a useful conversation that helps you choose your next step.

What should I expect from a mentor?

A different perspective, thoughtful questions, and experience you can learn from. Mentorship helps you consider your options; you remain the person making your decisions. Any format, time commitment, or fees should be clear before you agree to take part.

THE NEXT CONVERSATION STARTS WITH YOU

learn from each other?
